HR Proactive抯 AODA-Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR) e-Learning program is an easy tool to help you meet your AODA compliance obligations to train your workers. With the change in legislation that came into effect July 1, 2016, the Customer Service Standard became part of the IASR and is included in this e-Learning program.

The interactive training will take approximately 60-minutes to complete and will enable workers to understand their supporting role in removing and preventing barriers to accessibility, and concepts related to working and serving people with disabilities.
